A common issue with the individual heating units is that several suites are grouped together with one rooftop unit. If one unit is trying to heat, the other(s) cannot cool and will go into an error mode if they try. This also works in reverse, if one unit is cooling, the other units cannot enter heating mode. If this happens, the cooling light will flash. To restart the unit, it must be powered off and then back on, and its mode changed to the same mode as the roof top unit is running in (which will be the mode that the first unit turned on was using)
Basically, any group of suites must be in the same mode (heat/cool) to function.
The groups are as follows:
[ Suite A, B, C, D ]
[ Suite E, F (Coffee Bar), G ]
[ Suite H, (IT Room), K ]
[ Suite L, M, N, P ]
If all units in a group are in the same mode (or off) and your unit still goes to a flashing light when turned on, there may be a mechanical issue - In this case please open a support ticket so we can get it taken care of!
