The red loop pumps will cause the entire system to shut down due to lack of loop pressure.

Under normal conditions, at least one loop pump should be running at all times (I have never seen them both be off unless there is a problem)  If both are on, this could indicated a problem also, as the system should function with only one - there are two only for redundancy.  The unit that runs should switch every 2 weeks.

Many errors with the loop pumps can be solved by power cycling them.

If the loop pumps fail and the loop loses pressure, all RTUs and Heat Pumps will need to be reset once the loop pumps are repaired.  According to Randy, the Heat Pump units located near the offices need to be functioning for the RTUs to work.  Reset these first (they are inside anyway).  All RTU's will need to be power cycled (possibly from the large breaker on each of them on the roof) to clear the fault caused by the loss of loop pressure.
